Before (Left) I am under 100lbs, and During (Right) I am 125lbs. Fuck bulimia. It can’t control me anymore.

I’v tried this new thing before I go to the gym, it’s where I write one negative word that I thought about myself that day and write it on my wrist pre-workout. Throughout my workout when I feel like slowing up the treadmill or skipping my last few reps I look at that word and it motivates me to prove myself wrong. By the end of the workout all of my sweat has mostly washed off all of the word and by the time I take a shower it’s gone. It reminds me that words will never measure up to hard work, and that I am better than those words. I’ll prove those words wrong, not with other words, but with my own hard work.
