Before (Left) I am under 100lbs, and During (Right) I am 125lbs. Fuck bulimia. It can’t control me anymore.

So if everything turns out the way it’s supposed to, the best birthday present I’ll get this year is to play soccer again. Come on acl, you got 6-8 months. Do some work.

Fucking suck it up and run.

If I hear one fucking complaint from someone about having to run, or having to work out, I’m going to punch them in the face. I would give anything for a good hard workout. Now I have to wait until after knee sugary and therapy. Be grateful for what you are able to do. Because you have a chance to change and define your body while others don’t get a choice. Fucking suck it up and run.

Sucksssss

Awkward Gym Moments.

Me: (Wearing neon nikes at the gym)
Hot Guy: I like your shoes.
Me: I like your face.
*awkward silence* ...........

The day me and my two best friends ran the 7 mile bridge :) checked that off my bucket list!

I’v tried this new thing before I go to the gym, it’s where I write one negative word that I thought about myself that day and write it on my wrist pre-workout. Throughout my workout when I feel like slowing up the treadmill or skipping my last few reps I look at that word and it motivates me to prove myself wrong. By the end of the workout all of my sweat has mostly washed off all of the word and by the time I take a shower it’s gone. It reminds me that words will never measure up to hard work, and that I am better than those words. I’ll prove those words wrong, not with other words, but with my own hard work.
